Although details about the restaurant are currently unclear, many of Method Co.’s previous projects boast unique designs and outstanding attention to detail. For example, Method Co. — headed up by Founder and CEO Randall T. Cook — is responsible for The Quoin, a luxury boutique hotel in Wilmington, DE that houses two incoming restaurants recently featured by What Now Philly

What’s more, Method Co. is behind multiple Philadelphia concepts such as “Wm. Mulherin’s Sons, an urban Italian restaurant and hotel; HIROKI, a Japanese omakase concept rooted in service and tradition; and multiple ROOST Apartment Hotel locations, a high-design apartment hotel brand.”
