Hi-Lo Taco Finds Permanent Home in Center City

Following the success of its Fishtown pop-up series, which closed just about one year ago, Chef Jeff Newman is hoping to open the second iteration of his flagship concept by the end of 2023.
Named for co-owner and head Chef Genc Gashi’s sister, Orhidea, the new concept will bring an elevated ambiance and menu, unlike anything the city has seen before.
