The chain will be moving into a newly erected building at 127 South Gulph Road, located strategically near the recently opened Residence Inn King of Prussia and Prussia Inn hotels. Cava will occupy 2,700 square feet of the property, alongside fellow incoming restaurant First Watch.

While it is too early in the eatery’s development to estimate a precise opening date, developers are hoping to begin serving guests at Cava in early summer of 2025.

Developers Gulph Creek Hotels believe that location will prove lucrative for the chain, placing it within walking distance of both the Residence Inn King of Prussia and Prussia Inn. Neither establishment has on-site restaurants, so Cava will provide a close and convenient dining option for guest.

Cava is no stranger to the region; the restaurant already has eight Greater Philadelphia locations. Founded in 2010, the concept has over 300 storefronts across the United States.
