Proposed developments found within the leasing brochure show a drive-thru concept, an outdoor seating/dining area, and a large parking lot for the new Chipotle. Establishments in the surrounding area include Dunkin’ Donuts, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Five Guys, and Longhorn Steakhouse.

What Now Philly reached out to Chipotle’s Bear, Delaware field leader, Jeff Powell, as well as its chief restaurant officer, Scott Boatwright, but did not receive an immediate response.
