In an email statement from Kobak to What Now Philadelphia, she said, “Providing healthy, organic, whole-food-based offerings to our community while supporting farmers who preserve soil is our mission. We can’t wait to open!”

Harmony Juice will hold a soft open on May 2 and the grand opening will happen on the weekend of May 14. The restaurant is located at 41 E. Main Street, Moorestown, New Jersey.

During their grand opening weekend, Harmony Juice will be running a raffle where customers can win promotional pricing for anywhere up to a year. These are the raffle prizes:

“During our Grand Opening weekend, every purchase will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win free beverages”

“1st prize: one free beverage (juice, smoothie, coffee, tea or superfood latte (you decide!)) EVERY DAY for the next QUARTER!

2nd prize: one free beverage a day TWICE A WEEK for the next quarter!

3rd prize: one free beverage ONCE A WEEK for the next quarter!

4th prize: one free beverage EVERY OTHER WEEK for the next quarter!

5th prize: one free beverage ONCE A MONTH for a year!”

Kobak added, “We are the first juice bar on the east coast to provide a 100% organic, cold-pressed juice made to order. In addition to juice, we will serve superfood smoothies, acai bowls, toasts, wraps, coffee and tea, superfood lattes, wellness shots, buddha bowls, healthy snacks, and a kids menu that includes popsicles, and more!”

Moorestown Mayor Nicole Gillespie will be on hand to cut the ribbon at the grand opening ceremony and welcome Harmony Juice to the town. Even better, the mission of Harmony Juice and Moorestown’s Year of the Environment theme for 2022 align wonderfully. The juice bar will also utilize glass and compostable packaging materials for their drinks and food, use juice pulp in all of their other recipes, and compost all organic leftovers in a conscious effort to reduce waste and do their part to save the environment.

When What Now Philadelphia reached Kobak by phone, she also said, “On a personal note, I am a mom of two small kids, so one of my goals is to do all I can to leave this planet a better place for my kids and generations to come. When I learned about how the health of the soil is a key solution to addressing our climate change crises, in the documentary Kiss the Ground, I instantly knew that my juice bar concept must align with the biodynamic and regenerative agriculture practices that preserve and regenerate our soil. To that point, we source all our produce from local organic, biodynamic, and regenerative farms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.”
