Together they will offer gourmet brunches at Plated & Cured, which will open as a pop-up on Oct. 10 at the Ice Cream by Mike location.

Ice Cream by Mike will eventually be transformed entirely into Plated & Cured’s full-time location. Until then, you can enjoy unique brunch offerings from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 10, according to Plated & Cured’s Instagram page.

Plated & Cured gives brunch and epicurean upgrade with offerings like the Apple N Brie, a toasted baguette topped with brie, caramelized apples, and spiced sautéed pecans with a sprinkle of cinnamon, or their Fig & Prosciutto, a toasted piece of sourdough topped with goat cheese, fig jam, prosciutto de parma, and fig garnish.

The Oct. 10 pop-up menu also features Plated & Cured’s Chicken N Waffles and Hot Mozz.

So, this isn’t your typical eggs benedict kind of brunch. You can follow Plated & Cured for updates on their Instagram page @platedandcured.
