A popular chain is bringing something special to New Jersey diners who don’t want to have to choose between surf and turf. Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is opening a new location in Princeton next year, reports local media outlet WPST.
The casual but chic concept is moving into the space at 3535 US Highway 1 that previously housed Eastern Mountain Sports. While Eddie V’s doesn’t have a precise opening date set for its third Garden State location, the restaurant’s website states that it will begin serving guests in spring of 2025.
Princeton residents eager to sample the eatery’s fare can check out one of Eddie V’s other New Jersey locations in Paramus and Cherry Hill.
The Eddie V’s menu highlights an impressive array of seafood and premium cut steaks. Guests can look forward to feasting on fresh oysters, ribeye,and scallops, among other delicious dishes. The over 21 crowd can sample one of the restaurant’s many cocktails.
