The concept will be making its Monmouth County debut at 133 Route 35 in December. The spacious 3,950 square foot building will allow First Watch to greet and feed around 160 customers.

The eatery follows a unique menu model; First Watch offers a seasonal menu five times annually that allows the concept to take advantage of fresh ingredients. The Eatontown location will launch its first seasonal menu early next year.

Open from 7 am to 2:30 pm 7 days a week, First Watch offers a wide range of morning standards, from familiar favorites like avocado toast, to unique innovations including lemon ricotta pancakes.

The restaurant has established an impressive national presence since its founding in 1983. First Watch can claim more than 540 locations in its roster, only 5 of which are in New Jersey. However, the chain is broadening its presence in the Garden State with the new Eatontown eatery, as well as a storefront developing in Brick.
