The projects, however, are being slowed up due to supply chain and staffing issues.

The folks behind Two Stones Pub and 2SP Brewing Company plan to open two new locations in 2022. That is if they can actually hire people to work there and get the items they need to open the restaurants.

“There is a hold-up on staffing and equipment and furniture. We’ve been pushed back most of the year and now into 2022. Things like booths and tables we can’t get. Plus, the employment situation right now is terrible. So, we are in a holding pattern right now with the opening of our two new concepts,” Owner Chef Michael Stiglitz told What Now Philadelphia.

Stiglitz wasn’t yet ready to reveal the concept for the two new locations but did say that the Chadds Ford, PA location is currently under construction. A job posting on their website suggests that the future Chadds Ford location could be called 2SP Tap House. The other location is planned for Newark, Delaware.

In order for the project to move forward, they’d need supply chain issues to ease up and find staff to keep their establishments running. The company is currently offering a $3,000 signing bonus paid quarterly for two general manager positions at their Kennet Square and Jennersville locations. “We hope everyone has an amazing holiday season and that people will want to come work with us in January,” Stiglitz said.

According to their website, Two Stones Pub has locations in Jennersville and Kennet Square, PA, as well as Delaware locations in Middletown, Hockessin, Wilmington, and Newark. The 2SP Brewing Company’s brewery and tasting room is in Aston, PA.
