The restaurant has signed a letter of intent for its third City of Brotherly Love storefront, however ownership is not yet revealing the specific location of its newest home.
While Iron Hill’s Phoenixville location is the brand’s second to be shuttered this year, the eatery is still intent on growth, development, and expansion. Co-founder Mark Edelson states: “”Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant continually wants to grow, improve, and exceed guest expectations.”
The concept intends to approach its expansion by opening two new full service restaurants annually.
Since its founding in 1996, the chain has spread to include 19 locations across Pennsylvania, Delaware, South Carolina, Georgia, and New Jersey, with the lion’s share concentrated in the greater Philadelphia region.
The brewery’s history of carefully crafted beers and delicious pub food has earned it acclaim and recognition. Iron Hill has won 86 awards, earning it the title of “the most award-winning brewery east of the Mississippi.”
