The passion project of brothers Hamza and Saad Bisharat, the eatery will be occupying 1,200 square feet at 124 Market Street. The space will accommodate around 30 guests. The Bisharats are hoping to open the doors of Mocha Melt to the public this December.
Mocha Melt is partnered with Greenstreet Coffee Co. for its java needs. The concept will provide a uniquely European approach to breakfast and coffee; its stated intention is to provide chocolates and crepes from the Netherlands and Turkey, as well as Turkish lokmas. Not content to simply feed visitors, the cafe will allow customers to watch the lokmas making process.
Once Mocha Melt begins greeting guests, the Bisharats are hoping to keep the cafe open from 8 am to 10 or 11 pm on weekdays, with weekend hours extended to midnight.
