Two more Starbucks are planned for Pennsylvania in Hellertown and Plainfield Township. Construction on the Hellertown location at 5 Main St. is nearing completion. According to Saucon Source, this will be a stand-alone location with a drive-thru lane in the parking lot of Shoppes at Hellertown. Lehigh Valley Live got word that construction is expected to be completed in the next few months.
A 2,000 sq. ft. Starbucks with a drive-thru and outdoor seating for 16 has been proposed for a piece of vacant land next to First Northern Bank at 6669-75 Sullivan Trail in Wind Gap. Developer Posh Properties is currently seeking planning approvals required from the Township for the project to move forward.
