Mount Laurel residents might soon be able to grab a cup of Morning Joe without even getting out of their car. 70 and 73 reports that a 2,336 sq. ft. Starbucks with a drive-thru lane is being proposed for Larchmont Commons Shopping Center at 3103-3117 Route 38 West. The site plan application by Larchmont Commons LLC also includes an adjoining 3,225 sq. ft. restaurant on the westbound side of Route 38. The Mount Laurel Township’s Planning Board will consider the application at a public hearing on March 10.

Larchmont Commons LLC., who owns the shopping center, is being represented by Matt Gorman of Gorman & Company. Both companies share the same address. The first Starbucks was opened in 1971 at Seattle’s Pike Place market. There are now over 30,000 Starbucks locations worldwide.
