A mysterious new restaurant has just revealed its intention to open up in Fishtown later this year.
Third Space Restaurant Group is a new Philadelphia-based hospitality group that endeavors to create high-quality, seasonal restaurant concepts. According to a recent job posting for an executive chef, it appears that the new company is gearing up to launch their first-ever restaurant later this year in Fishtown.
The new restaurant, which has yet to be officially named, is described as a “New American cocktail bar and restaurant that focuses on sourcing almost every ingredient locally.” For Third Space Restaurant Group, sustainability is the name of the game and they are currently looking to hire individuals who embody their “core principals of local sourcing practices” and someone who is “committed to developing seasonal dishes that primarily utilize the produce and ingredients of the Northeast.”
What Now Philly attempted to reach out to the restaurant to uncover further details but could not make contact with any owners. While the restaurant is scheduled to arrive in Fishtown at the end of the year, Third Space Restaurant Group has not even officially listed their new location.
