“This project has been in the works for the past two years and we are so excited to finally share this next venture. We are continually grateful for the support we have seen from you, our customers, and are looking forward to meeting new faces! Our shop will be located directly beside the new Wilbur hotel. Can’t wait to serve you Lititz!” the company wrote on Instagram in July.

Lancaster Online reports that the new New Holland Coffee Co. location will have a 50-seat patio and be built behind Chilango’s along West Klein Lane. The brewery’s entrance will face the entrance of The Wilbur Hotel and a condo complex that is across the street.

While the brewery will make three or four brews, including coffee-infused beers, owner Mark Fisher, who owns New Holland Coffee Co. with wife Mary, told Lancaster Online that the beers will be exclusively sold at the Litiz and Lancaster locations and that he intends to keep the brand’s image as a coffee shop instead of a bar. Multiple messages to New Holland Coffee Co. for comment were not returned.

I am trying to get in touch with D.G. Sciortino. I am a business broker who knows about some business plays before they occur. I am impressed with her reporting and would like to explore ways to cooperate.
