The beloved cafe will be moving into a 3,000 square foot space at 325 Route 35 before summer’s end, though an exact opening date is not currently available. Starbucks is moving into a storefront that last housed a Dunkin Donuts.
The coffee giant’s Aberdeen arrival is stirring considerable excitement in the area. Mayor Fred Tagliarini explains that the chain will be a more than welcome addition to the region, stating “This was desperately needed for that part of town. The Starbucks will just be the final piece that we have been waiting for.”
Starbucks will be neighbored by some retail and fast-casual heavy hitters. The cafe will be moving into the shopping center alongside Wingstop, Jersey Mike’s, LA Fitness, and Sprouts Farmers Market.
