The team behind Jasper’s Backyard plans to launch a new seafood concept dubbed Catch 101 in the former Stella Blu space at 101 Ford St in Conshohocken, though an opening date is yet to be announced.
Chris Magarity, co-owner of Jasper’s Backyard, declined to provide details at this time.
Jasper’s Backyard quickly became a staple of the local dining circuit when it appeared on the scene back in 2016, as much for its kitchen helmed by Executive Chef Hillary Hamilton and menu of locally-sourced American comfort food as its intimate ambiance and namesake backyard. Likewise, it’s more than just a restaurant, with plenty of private spaces that locals flock to for weddings, corporate events, baby showers, and birthday parties.
