Lower Allen Commmons, at 3545 Gettysburg Rd. in Camp Hill, PA, will see several new additions this spring as a part of the property’s redevelopment. Among them is orthotic arch insert retailer The Good Feet Store. The Good Feet Store offers personalized fittings and pairs customers with the proper arch support inserts aimed at providing balance and comfort, as well as alleviating foot, knee, hip, and back pain.

The Good Feet Store, based in Carlsbad, CA, was founded in 1992 and offers more than 300 styles of premium arch supports at their 175 retail locations worldwide. Construction on the retail center is almost complete. President Art Campbell and Vice President Larry Kostelac of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate are leading marketing efforts for Lower Allen Commons on behalf of the Lower Township Development Authority. In addition to retailers, Lower Allen Commons includes a 124-room Spring Hill Suites by Marriot, two pad sites under agreement with a developer, and separately deeded parcels inhabited by Texas Roadhouse, Bonefish Grill, and Burger King owned by private investors. Additional build-to-suit buildings are also planned for the site.
