The beloved grocer, which has a cult-like following, opened its first store in Pasadena, CA, in 1967 and offers branded, seasonal, and unique items, along with fresh produce at fair prices. According to their website, there are currently eight Pennsylvania Trader Joe’s locations in Ardmore, Jenkintown, Media, North Wales, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, State College, and Wayne.

Sports Clips Haircuts, a sports-themed men’s haircut and grooming service barbershop franchise, first opened in Austin, Texas in 1993. Their website shows about 23 current locations in Pennsylvania. The Camp Hill location is owned by David Miller, who runs eight area locations.

“It’s a great location for us in a brand new shopping center with the first Trader Joe’s in the area,” Miller told What Now Philadelphia.

Construction on the retail center, which will also house The Good Feet Store and a yet-to-be-named women’s fashion retailer, is almost complete. President Art Campbell and Vice President Larry Kostelac of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate are leading marketing efforts for Lower Allen Commons on behalf of the Lower Township Development Authority.
