Valley Forge Casino Resort announced the grand opening of Copper Whisk, a restaurant concept with a focus on approachable, chef-driven breakfast and lunch options. Copper Whisk will open to the public on March 30, 2022.

Copper Whisk joins a lineup of existing food & beverage offerings at Valley Forge Casino Resort, including sit-down restaurants Revolution Chop House (classic upscale steakhouse) and Valley Tavern (casual American food), as well as additional quick-service food court offerings including the Italian Market, Asian Noodle and Dunkin Donuts. With an emphasis on breakfast and lunch.

“I’m excited to introduce Copper Whisk as part of the culinary playbook at Valley Forge Casino Resort,” said Chef Ted Iwachiw, Executive Chef of all food and beverage at Valley Forge Casino Resort in a statement. “We now have a truly full-service dining program on property, and I’m pleased to be able to deliver a satisfying and delicious meal suitable for every occasion, at every course throughout the day.”

Copper Whisk features classics and a few regionally inspired dishes. Breakfast is served all day; highlights include the Muffin of the Day baked fresh daily, several styles of Three Egg Omelettes, and both sweet and savory classic breakfast dishes such as Buttermilk Pancakes, French Toast, Belgian Waffle, Traditional Eggs Benedict, Corned Beef Hash & Eggs, Biscuits & Gravy and more, plus a variety of breakfast meats. The lunch menu includes several soup and salad options, four variations of Angus Burgers, and sandwiches including a Chicken Avocado Wrap, 44Farms Philly Cheesesteak and Reuben. Lunch offerings also include several specials, including a Lobster Roll featuring Maine lobster meat and mayo on a grilled brioche roll, a “BLT Tower” double stacked BLT sandwich, and the “South Philly Philly” slow roasted pork shoulder sandwich topped with broccoli rabe and sharp provolone on a Liscio’s Italian roll.

The dining experiences on property have always been one of our strong suits, but we were missing one key element: an option for those looking for a casual early meal,” proclaims Ron Bailey, Vice President and General Manager of Valley Forge Casino Resort. “Copper Whisk fills that void in our existing food programming, serving as a welcoming and familiar spot for out-of-town guests and Boyd’s loyalty program members, as well as a go-to meeting spot for locals within the greater King of Prussia area.”

Copper Whisk is located within Valley Forge Casino Resort at 1160 First Avenue in King of Prussia, PA and will operate for breakfast and lunch service Monday – Sunday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. The restaurant offers indoor seating as well as takeout, and at full capacity can accommodate up to 70 guests.
