The plant-based fast-casual chain had and closed two locations in Philadelphia. The chain has signed licensing agreements with Aramark to open new locations in various Aramark venues and establishments.

Additionally, Greens  and Grains is working with MBB Management to open as many brick and mortar restaurants as possible in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Nicole Jacoby, the restaurant’s founder and owner, states “We’re going to still stay focused on Philadelphia and try to max out… and then expand elsewhere.”

First up, Greens  and Grains will be reopening its stand in Citizens Bank Park, serving fast-casual vegetarian and vegan offerings to hungry sports fans. From there, the concept is looking for locations ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet in size to house its newest eateries.

Greens  and Grains opened its first location in 2015 in Ventnor City. The restaurant currently has five locations in Camden, Atlantic and Monmouth county, with two more locations coming to Wall Township and Mays Landing.

Greens and Grains menu offers a wide variety of vegetarian alternatives, including bowls, smoothies, and pita sandwiches. In addition to conventional vegetable options, the restaurant features meat substitutes, allowing vegetarians and vegans to satisfy their hunger for traditionally carnivorous fare like cheesesteaks.
