Founded as a “baking as therapy” project during the pandemic in 2021, New June has quickly amassed a national following and grown to an five person team. Noelle is entirely self taught and New June marks her first foray into professional baking. The brand is most known for its fresh take on sheet cakes, elevating the classic dessert with vintage cake designs and techniques like Lambeth piping.

New June prioritizes aesthetics and flavor in equal measure, utilizing high-quality ingredients to deliver nostalgia-inducing, seasonal flavors. In addition to full cakes, 4” mini cakes, and cake slices (current Cake Menu here, which will rotate seasonally), the bakery will offer an assortment of “breakfast cakes” (hello, pumpkin tea cake and pistachio & rose!), and an assortment of cookies (think: salted tahini caramel brownie and krispie cornflake marshmallow, to name a few). To get a taste of what is to come, New June cakes are available for local delivery and pickup via https://new-june.com.
