Paramount Realty is spearheading the Millville development project, an undertaking that will bring considerable dining and retail options to Cumberland County. According to Paramount’s website, Raising Cane’s will occupy 2,900 square feet at the intersection of Route 47 and Cumberland Crossing Boulevard. The restaurant’s pad will include 30 parking spaces.
The project is still in the highly preliminary stages of development. Planning Board meetings have not yet been scheduled, nor has all the space been spoken for. Raising Cane’s presence will undoubtedly inspire other companies to sign on, encouraged by the involvement of such a high-profile tenant.
Raising Cane’s has been very busy in New Jersey for the past year. The fast-casual giant, founded in 1996, has made a big push for the Garden State with seven locations currently in development.
