ShopOne Centers REIT Inc. (“ShopOne”), a fully integrated U.S. grocery-anchored shopping center investment, management and operating platform, announced it is bringing Five Below to the Giant Food-anchored Southampton Shopping Center in Southampton, Pennsylvania. Five Below, a high-growth value retailer offering trend-right, high-quality products, will open its 9,000 square foot location at the property in late 2023 in the space previously occupied by Tuesday Morning.

Five Below joins a strong and complementary merchandising lineup at Southampton Shopping Center, while helping to broaden the appeal of the asset with consumers outside of the immediate trade area. In addition to Giant Food, the market-dominant grocer in the Philadelphia MSA, other major tenants at the property include Pet Supplies Plus, Fine Wines and Spirits, Citizen’s Bank, MyEyeDr., ATI Physical Therapy, and Massage Envy.
Southampton Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Knowles Avenue and Second Street Pike in Bucks County, just north of Philadelphia.
