The coffee titan will be operating out of a newly constructed building in the Westgate Mall, located at 2285 Schoenersville Road. The restaurant will include a drive-thru for customers in a hurry. Starbucks will be part of a strip mall which will feature several fast-casual eateries, including QDOBA, Jersey Mike’s, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and So Fresh.
The beloved chain’s latest Lehigh Valley location is a part of an ongoing redevelopment of the Westgate Mall. Construction is set to begin on the strip mall soon; 50,000 square feet of mall interior have been demolished to accommodate the build-out of the collection of restaurants.
An opening timeline and date has not been set for Starbucks. As construction has not yet begun, it is likely that the coffee shop will not be ready to serve customers before late 2024 or early 2025.
