The celebrated Mount Laurel institution will be opening a commercial bakery in Gloucester City and a traditional storefront with indoor and outdoor seating at 4201 Church Road East. Boaggio’s new bakery will be located in the the Ellipse Center, right off of Route 73. The facility will be able to welcome between 14 and 20 guests inside.

While a definitive opening date is not yet available for either the commercial nor retail establishments, Boaggio’s is hoping the yeast will rise in their new kitchens in April.

Kevin O’Donnell, Boaggio’s director of business development, explains that the company’s growth has exceeded its current home’s production capacity. The bakery’s present location, 823 East Gate Drive, has served as Boaggio’s base of operations for over 15 years.

Boaggio’s is enthusiastic about the changes, eager to grow the brand and serve more hungry Jersey residents. O’Donnell states “2024 is going to be a huge year for us. We went from panicking during the pandemic to growing our business larger than ever! These new locations will allow us to expand and meet our customer demands. We are beyond grateful!”
