The eatery will be occupying 4,000 square feet at 2045 Route 88. While technically this will be the second time Burger 25 has had a Brick location, this incarnation is only affiliated to the original location in name and concept. Owner Steve Vetter explained to What Now Philadelphia that while he retained the idea of 25 unique burgers, “ We had nothing to do with the (2013) Brick location. The concept remains the same, and everything else is different. I changed everything over the last 10 years, and we made it our own.”

The Brick location provided Burger 25 with a perfect opportunity to pair its burgers with Icarus’s beer. Vetter explains “We were doing a lot of collaborations with Icarus brewing and we knew they purchased this location and they were putting a restaurant unit next door and it seemed like a match made in heaven.”

“We are always BYOBs.” Vetter adds. “The current rules for breweries are forever changing but customers can get food from us and bring it there and customers can get beer from there and bring it here.”

Future regulars can look forward to enjoying Burger 25’s delicious menu in late spring of 2024. The establishment is currently in the midst of the permitting process.

Brick residence can anticipate a welcoming, cool environment with the distinctive atmosphere of Burger 25 and the ambiance of a pub. Vetter describes it as “We really do want it to have an ‘am I in a bar?’ feel, with the flair of Burger 25. I’m trying to make it feel as though you’re in an old school pub type of spot.”

Burger 25 lives up to the promise of its name. The restaurant always offers 25 options, however, “Number 25 changes every month.”, Vetter states. “I don’t recommend going straight to 25. But our best selling burger of the month ever was the Smack, and it’s became a constant on our menu. Think of it as a bougie Big Mac.”

In addition to providing Brick residence with a diverse and delicious new dining experience, Burger 25 is certain to become an integral part of the local community. In fact, Vetter explains it’s one of the restaurant’s priorities. He says. “We do collaborations with all different types of restaurants and bakeries and donut shops-anyone we can figure out a way to make our brands work together.”

The newest location will be no exception, Vetter explains, assuring customers they can anticipate plenty of familiar Brick business faces showing up on the menu. “Look forward to next month’s Brick collaboration on a burger of the month.”, he states, adding “That’s how we keep it local. We also do a lot of fundraising for different organizations. We made a 5,000 dollar donation to a local breast cancer surgeon who has her own charity that helps local women with breast cancer. We love being local and knowing we can help locally.”
