“Butcher’s Pantry is not your average butcher shop. We want to change the way you eat meat at your table. The pandemic changed how people shop and eat and I want to serve people in a way that makes sense,” said Esposito in a statement. “Food is the bridge that connects people and brings them together. I want it to offer up a little bit of everything and be a unique experience for everyone who visits.”

Butcher’s Pantry Grand Opening Press Conference and Ribbon Cutting will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at Reading Terminal Market (Ave. B and 2) 1136 Arch St.
