Cafe Fresco owner Megan Elia believes that moving the restaurant from its current home at 3352 Paxton Street to 2017 EG Drive will provide the eatery with new and lucrative opportunities. In addition to increased visibility, Elia feels the new location provides a market in need of her services. She states “There’s nothing else like this over there, and I know we are going to do well.”

Cafe Fresco is still operating at its current location. Elia intends to keep the eatery open while awaiting the necessary permits and approvals. The restaurateur filed paperwork with Lower Paxton Township stating she intends to complete the move in fall of 2023.

Cafe Fresco will be setting up camp in Blue Ridge Village. The development is a mix of residential and commercial, including apartments, houses, restaurants, and stores.

Though the eatery’s new facility will be smaller than it’s current location, the 2,100 square foot restaurant will feature both indoor and outdoor eating options.

Cafe Fresco began greeting customers in 2001. The restaurant specializes in crafting fresh and all-natural cuisine. The eatery features a wide menu of breakfast classics, numerous salads, a huge selection of sandwiches, and an array of pizzas. Thirsty customers can choose from an impressive range of espresso drinks, gourmet coffees, and teas.
