First up in the eatery’s pursuit of suburban domination are locations at 200 Radnor Chester Road in Radnor and 4021 Welsh Road in Willow Grove. Franchisee Chris Magarity confirmed to What Now Philadelphia that he, Sloane, and Heller are hoping to open these stores in the summer. “We have signed leases.” he states, adding “We’re in the permit process in Willow Grove and Radnor, those two will be the first to open. We’re hoping to have them open in the next 60 to 75 days.”

Conshohocken is next on the agenda, with the trio bringing Federal Donuts to 200 Ridge Pike. Magarity estimates that this location will open in around 90 days.

Magarity explains that he and his partners believe that the unique and unusual concept will allow foodies to enjoy something different and delicious, without having to enter the city. He states: “My partners and I have been big fans of the brand since its birth- we’ve been following it since it was on Federal street. The combination of a James Beard award-winning chef and a fast-casual environment is really appealing and really unique. We think the chicken and donuts are tremendous. We believe it has legs outside of the city and we are honored to be selected to help scale the business to the suburbs.”

The franchisees are enthusiastic about bringing a brand they are excited about to locations they love. Magarity states “We know these neighborhoods. We’re eager to get these stores open this summer.”
