Fins Hospitality Group will open a Fins Ale House and Raw Bar at 37234 Lighthouse Rd. in West Fenwick. The hospitality group will take over Smitty McGee’s Raw Bar & Restaurant’s lease, which recently announced that it would close, according to Delaware Online. The new Fins Ale House and Raw Bar will include a formal outdoor dining patio with about 30 to 40 seats. This will be the hospitality group’s sixth restaurant and fourth Fin’s Ale House and Raw Bar. They also own Big Oyster Brewery and Claws Seafood House. While the company had been looking to open a new Fins Ale House in the area along Route 54, there were limited options for development so they decided to purchase another business’ lease and fit-out.
