One of the Garden State’s most buzzed about burger joints is preparing to spread its cuisine to a new location. Gouldsburger’s will be opening its second restaurant in Medford this spring, reports local media outlet NJPen.com.
The wildly popular concept is currently completing construction on its new site at 2 South Main Street. Gouldsburger’s will be opening its doors to Medford foodies in April.
Gouldsburger’s co-owner Chef David Murray explains that the enthusiasm expressed by Medford-area diners for the restaurant’s fare made opening a location in the region a natural conclusion. “It just makes sense. We love the Medford area. We have people coming to Gouldsburger’s from Medford who, when they find out we’re opening there, they’re ecstatic.”
Gouldsburger’s has drawn an incredibly avid fan-following since its inception. Murray and his partner, Chef Walter Gouldsbury, III, opened the first Gouldsburger’s restaurant in Haddonfield in 2023. While the eatery has drawn rave reviews for its burgers, the beef averse have plenty of options; the concept also serves chicken sandwiches, cheesesteaks, and hot dogs.
