The unnamed project is planned for 2118-2120 East Dauphin Street. The establishment will be occupying the space formerly dedicated to the Old Philadelphia Bar.

The concept has a liquor license pending for the location, registered to the Vintage Syndicate hospitality group, run by Evenchik and Iselin. While the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board’s records show that the location will be a restaurant, little else is currently known about the nature or timeline of the project.

The four entrepreneurs can claim credit for several bars and restaurants spread throughout the Philadelphia area. The Vintage Syndicate created and opened Starbolt, Heritage, The GOAT Rittenhouse, and Vintage Wine Bar and Bistro. Coudriet is the brains behind Lloyd Whiskey Bar and another mysterious project with Vintage Syndicate on Frankford Avenue. D’Amato is partnered with Iselin and Evenchik for the three Garage locations throughout the city.

While no details about the cuisine, atmosphere, or theme of the restaurant is currently available, with the wealth of talent behind the concept, it’s certain to become another Philadelphia success story.
