The restaurant and deli replaces Shore Fire Grille, at 1718 Long Beach Blvd., which operated for a decade before calling it quits.

“We would like to thank [Owner] Samantha [Kohlheim] and Shore Fire Grille for allowing us such a great opportunity to expand our business,” Seifert said. “We are looking forward to showcasing our business on LBI in front of a new audience!”

Seifert earlier this month took to Craigslist to begin advertising for the staff needed to operate Lighthouse Deli. Positions include everything from bagel makers to dishwashers to servers. “This is a rapidly growing concept that is looking for the next talented and hard-working individual to join our team,” according to the advert. “Reach out today jobs are filling up quickly!”

If the Surf City location is like the original Lighthouse Deli of Manahawkin, look for breakfast, lunch, a full deli with Boar’s Head products, and catering.

Seifert on Thursday did not immediately respond to What Now Philadephia’s request for comment.
