The restaurant will be occupying 4,300 square feet of a new building being constructed at the intersection of North Front and West Palmer Streets. Mecha Noodle Bar will be able to accommodate up to 110 guests when it opens in the first quarter of 2025.
Mecha currently has locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Ohio, and is developing restaurants in Denver and Washington D.C. Co-founder Tony Pham believes Philadelphia is an ideal home for the concept, owing to its rich dining community. He states: “The city’s love for authentic dining and 90’s hip hop aligns perfectly with our mission to bring this unique experience to more people.”
Philadelphia foodies can look forward to enjoying comforting interpretations of Asian street foods and unique beverage choices like spiked boba and slushies once Mecha opens its doors.
