The Monterey Grill will be helmed by Dave Magrogan and his restaurant group, the Dave Magrogan Group. The company also runs Kildare’s Irish Pub, Harvest Seasonal Grill, and most recently the Jupiter Grill.

The Monterey Grill aims to provide an elegant night out. Early indicators suggest the eatery will be primarily a steakhouse, with several seafood options.

The Monterey Grill is currently being constructed at the Aloft Hotel. However, the restaurant will be run entirely independently from the hotel. The restaurant’s development is estimated to cost six million dollars.

While the establishment’s chef has not been officially announced, early rumors suggest that the cook will be a former winner from Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen.

Preliminary plans suggest that Monterey Grill will offer diners outdoor seating as well as indoor accommodations.
