Operated by local franchisees David and Lisa Trout, the third location of the popular eatery will be opening in the Ellis Preserve, located at 3805 West Chester Pike. The restaurant will occupy 6,800 square feet, providing seating for 207 guests indoors, with a 35 seat bar and accommodations for up to 92 customers outside. The Trouts anticipate opening the Sedona Taphouse in late August of early September.
The Newtown Square location will allow Sedona Taphouse to broaden its horizons as a concept. The new eatery is the largest in the brand and will feature an on-site brewery that crafts four different brews-a lager, an IPA, a wheat beer , and a pilsner.
Sedona Taphouse currently has locations in West Chester and Phoenixville. The restaurant specializes in elevated pub fare, ranging from burgers to pastas, and offering brunch and a variety of craft cocktails.
