Franchisees Agam Vaidya, Sanjay Patel, and Dipak Patel will open three restaurants by 2028, while also overseeing operations at its outposts in Toms River and Metuchen.
The company, formerly known as Factory Donuts, was acquired in 2020 by Pennsylvania-based Phoenix Nexus, which is working to overhaul the once-flagging brand.
