The upscale steakhouse will occupy 5,400 square feet at 112 East Lincoln Highway. The sprawling building will allow accommodations for up to 100 guests in the main dining room. The basement will house a daily lunch buffet and provide seating for an additional 100 customers. Ferro is working with New Heritage Properties to develop the space, choosing to keep many of the unique historical flourishes that make the building so distinctive.

30 Prime will offer Coatesville a rare, fine-dining option. In addition to the lunch buffet-an option designed to provide local workers with a quick but sophisticated meal-the steakhouse will feature a wide-ranging ala carte menu, with costs running the gamut from 10 to 100 dollars. 30 Prime will host themed menu nights for different days of the week.

Ferro, a seasoned hospitality veteran, is invested in the gravity and responsibility of opening the restaurant in such a notable location. He states “I feel like it needs to be a community staple. We’re [reviving] this beautiful building, so I want as many people in the community to be able to use that building, and I want to have somewhere where people can come grab a quick lunch and go back to work. Right now, there’s not many options.”
