The brewery will offer indoor and outdoor seating when it begins greeting customers at 3530 Lehigh Street later this spring. The space will provide Hawk Mountain with over 2,500 square feet to serve guests and produce its signature beers.  The building will feature a deck complete with adirondack chairs and yard games for patrons to enjoy.

While Hawk Mountain is certain to win over Lehigh Valley foodies with its delicious brews and tasty cuisine, featuring artisan sandwiches and an array of sides, the brewery intends to use some of its resources to help feathered friends. The company, founded by partners Matt Ritz and John Dolnich, intends to donate 1% of its proceeds to the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary.

The taproom will allow guests to choose from between 12 to 16 beers on tap.

While Hawk Mountain does not have a precise opening date yet, Ritz states that the opening is in sight. “We can’t wait!” he states, adding “We’re almost at the finish line. All of our tanks and other brewing equipment are set up, and we should start brewing this week. It’ll take about a month and a half to brew the beers, and then we can open our doors.”
