Honeygrow, the Philadelphia-based restaurant that specializes in “customizable stir-frys, salads, and honeybars,” will be joining a new construction site at Plymouth Meeting Mall, located at 500 W Germantown Pike, around the summer or fall of 2023, according to a company spokesperson.

“We’re beyond excited to be a part of this project and adjacent to our friends at Shake Shack off of Germantown Pike,” Honeygrow founder and CEO Justin Rosenberg said in an email. “To be a part of the Plymouth Meeting community has been a long time coming and we’re proud to finally be able to do so.”

Needless to say, the expansion is big news for a brand that was founded just 10 years ago and continues to enjoy success, having launched nearly 30 restaurants up and down the North East.

“We pride ourselves on being a team of creatives – from our product to our stores and tech design – yet nothing gets us more excited than gorgeous food, sourced intelligently and having our guests leave happy,” the company writes on its official website, adding, “Though we got our start in Philadelphia in 2012, we are committed to connecting with every community we serve in meaningful and sustainable ways.
