When the new Isaac’s Restaurant opens in Lebanon, it will be under a new name, new look, and new brewery license. Isaac’s Craft Kitchen and Brewery will open at the end of March in Suite 100 of the North Cornwall Commons mixed-use development at 119 Springwood Dr. The Lebanon outpost, the company’s 14th Isaac’s location, will have indoor dining room and bar seating for about 70, with 20 additional seats on the patio.

All of Isaac’s Restaurants will be converted under the name Isaac’s Craft Kitchen and Brewery over the next few years. The newly branded locations will offer the traditional Isaac’s menu along with additional new items rolling out in the Spring and have about 12 taps for their own craft beer.

“We’ll have a core group of beer we’ll keep on tap because we like them, but also have taps that change out,” Isaac’s Business and Market Development Director Johnny Roberts told What Now Philadelphia.

Their bars will also offer Pennsylvania-made spirits, cocktails, and wine. With the addition of the Lebanon location, the restaurant group will have three locations with working breweries that will allow the company to serve their beer at 9 of their restaurants

Several staff members have undergone master brewer programs, and the company’s head brewer will ensure recipes are consistent in all their breweries.

Isaac’s will also renovate their locations with an “urban country look,” filling their dining rooms with wood and metal finishes and brand new lighting, tables, and booths. Even the Isaac’s flamingo logo is getting a makeover that will incorporate a barley sheaf.

“We’re excited about coming to Lebanon. People have been asking us for years to open there, and we can’t wait. We haven’t opened a brand new location in eight or nine years, so it’s exciting. We’re very much looking forward to spending the next three years rolling out this new brand and looking at new properties.”
