PJ Whelihan’s Pub + Restaurant has chosen Lawrence Park Shopping Center in Broomhall for its latest location. The popular dining establishment, which lists 24 other locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania on their website, will be located along Sproul Road next to Main Line Health. The shopping center’s website reports that the eatery will open at 1991 Sproul Rd. sometime in the fall.
PJ Whelihan’s serves traditional pub fare of wings, nachos, burgers, sandwiches, and salads along with seasonal specials. They have an extensive beer, cider, and seltzer menu, as well as a seasonal cocktail list and happy hour specials. The PJW Restaurant Group also owns The Pour House, The Chophouse, Treno, Central Taco and Tequilla, and CH Grille.
The Lawrence Park Shopping Center is currently in Phase II of a major multimillion-dollar redevelopment that will improve traffic flow and add curbside pick-up locations. The renovations, which began in the summer of 2021, also include a revamp of the shopping center’s look, enhanced outdoor dining areas, upgraded streetscapes, and additional small shop retail.
