Pizzeria Vetri will be slinging slices made from its four-day, four-ingredient dough out of a fourth location in the King of Prussia Town Center. The new location at 150 Main St. in King of Prussia will open in February 2022. Pizzeria Vetri, a brand chef and restauranteur Marc Vetri sold to Philadelphia’s URBN which owns Urban Outfitters in 2015, has locations in Devon, Rittenhouse Square, and the Art Museum District. The brand is a part of Menus & Venues, the food and beverage division of URBN, which also runs Amis Trattoria, Gatehouse, Terrain Cafe & Events, and Shop 543.

“After operating in the King of Prussia Mall for a few years, which was temporarily closed during the pandemic, we decided to move to a fresh location with more accessibility in the Town Center. This concept lends itself to a stand-alone space, where seats can be positioned around the open-concept kitchen and the pizza oven, the true star of the show. When the corner spot on Main St. became available, it was a no-brainer, and a chance to give our KOP fans the true Pizzeria Vetri experience,” Larissa Crossley, Senior Marketing Manager for URBN, told What Now Philadelphia

Pizzeria Vetri’s serves gourmet Neapolitan pizza cooked in their wood-fired ovens at 650 degrees for a crispy authentic crust. Their dough is made from just four ingredients: water, flour, yeast, and salt. That dough is then fermented for four days before being fired. Their pizza comes in the Neapolitan style, a round 12″ shape that feeds one to two people, or Metro Style, a 28″ inch rectangular pizza that feeds about three to four people. You can make your own pizza or order one of the menu pizzas, including their seasonal squash pizza with butternut squash, truffle paté, parmesan, mozzarella, and sage or the Maurizio pie which has rosemary, mozzarella, olive oil, and sea salt. Pizzeria Vetri also serves calzones, salads, and antipasti.
