Michael and Donna Kolodesh, siblings who were raised in Northeast Philadelphia, will open a new stand at The Reading Terminal Market called Saami Somi. The restaurant will feature the cuisine of the Republic of Georgia and feature hot khachapuri per The Philadelphia Inquirer. The stand will also sell Georgian spices, sauces, pickles, and tableware as retail items.
