The 20-year-old global chain started in New York’s Madison Square Park as a humble hotdog cart looking to “raise funds for a public art project.” In the process, things began to pleasantly transform and the company soon manifested a mission: Stand for Something Good.

This mantra included “taking care of [their] team, sourcing premium ingredients from like-minded partners, designing [their] Shacks responsibly, [and] supporting [their] communities through donations, events, and volunteering…”

Today, Shake Shack’s initial “do the right thing” initiative not only remains, it wholly dictates the inner & outer workings of their establishment — from how they treat their customers, their staff, animals, the planet, and their patties, it would seem Shake Shack is committed to way more than just fast fare.

According to LinkedIn, the Springfield, PA store is currently seeking to fill a Restaurant Manager position. Those wishing to join the “Shack Fam” can apply here.
