The restaurant, which will serve what Sourias describes as “sushi fusion”, will offer indoor and outdoor dining at its 1515 Market Street location. The space formerly housed an HSBC Bank and contains such desirable features as a mezzanine, pink terrazzo floors, and pillars. While the establishment does not have an official opening date, Sourias is aiming to open at some point in mid-2024.

In addition to its upscale interior dining space, the new concept will feature a 4,000 square foot patio for outdoor dining. The restaurant will be open for both lunch and dinner.

Sourias believes that the post-pandemic world will see many more restaurants like his occupying former office spaces. The restaurateur states: “We live in a new world now. I hate to say it, but are [these offices] really going to get filled? I think you need an amenity and I think that’s why 1515 and us works so well. ‘If you want office space, sure, but we also have a restaurant downstairs.’”
