While the hospitality group hasn’t released any details about the future restaurant’s name or theme, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board shows that a property called Iced Intergalactic LLC has filed for a liquor license at the location.

The location formerly housed Bobby’s Bar.

The Vintage Syndicate is remaining tight-lipped about the future establishment’s specifics, however a spokesperson stated that the new restaurant will “bring something that’s missing to the neighborhood.”

The building is currently undergoing the construction necessary for the new eatery.

The Vintage Syndicate hospitality group is behind many successful Philadelphia bars. The company launched and operates Time, The Goat Rittenhouse, Garage, and Heritage. The conglomerate plans to launch Starbolt later this summer in Kensington.
