The Asbury Ale House will be occupying 7,530 square-feet at 117-121 Chestnut Street. Leasing documents attained by What Now Media show that the lease goes into effect this November, establishing that the restaurant is still in the highly preliminary phases of development.

A representative of Asbury Ale House has not responded to What Now Philadelphia’s request for comment at this time.

The Asbury Ale House greeted its first customers in Asbury Park in 2015. The restaurant cultivates a micro-brew environment, with a focus on signature, seasonal cocktails. The current location features several televisions for viewing sporting events and includes 60 beers on tap.

The restaurant’s food menu provides elevated variations on classic pub fare, like fried mozzarella curd and short rib sliders. The Asbury Ale House even accommodates four-legged guests, offering a dog menu.
