At the Table will be working with Imprint Beer Co. when it moves to 118 W Lancaster Avenue in mid-September. The Hatfield brewery will oversee the drink menu, offering a rotating list featuring four craft beers and six cocktails. Customers who prefer old standards can order drinks that are off-menu. At the Table won’t be dropping the BYOB; customers can still bring their favorite libations with them.
The move will increase At the Table’s capacity considerably. The new facility can accommodate up to 75 guests indoors and 25 customers in an outdoor patio.
The W Lancaster Avenue location also increases At the Table’s kitchen size. The additional space will allow chefs and founders Alex Hardy and Tara Buzan-Hardy to bring their unique recipes to life. Diners will be able to enjoy dishes like wild mushroom toast made with truffle cream cheese, sourdough, balsamic glaze and gruyere, and foie gras with a brioche cutter, prosciutto, pickled mustard seed and blackberry.
Speaking of the new location and the opportunities it will create, Alex Hardy states “This new restaurant will give us the ability to go above and beyond. You’re limited by your restaurant, by what your kitchen can do. Our new kitchen has been designed to allow us to show our stuff: what we’ve learned, what we know, and what we’ve attempted in the past but could not execute on due to our old location’s limitations.”
With a new home comes new hours of operation. At the Table will expand its schedule to Tuesday through Saturday, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
